- You agree to pay the listed fees in full before activation.

4. No Transaction Responsibility
GemX acts only as a listing and promotional platform.
We are not responsible for:

- Pricing, delivery, or payment between buyer and seller;

All agreements are strictly between the buyer and seller outside of the GemX website.
5. User Accounts
